Stop shipping USPS. THEY SUCK !! stupid Amazon forces usps shipping which does not deliver to my address you pay the return shipping handling and accept risk for damage loss and theft snd still have to refund my money. I do not write reviews - but in this case, this company deserves an accurate review. I recently purchased trekking poles and they were delivered ahead of schedule, well-packed, and exactly what I was looking for. The person who packed the box stamped his name on the package, and I would like to give him a shout out for the care he took in packaging.,

I was on the search for a specific brand and color pair of capris and they were no where to be found from any seller. I came across this site on Amazon and found they had my desired item. Click, ordered and then they arrived in the mail. Very happy. Thank you OutlandUSA. I would not hesitate to order from this seller.

Never ever purchase from Outland USA. If I could give negative Stars I would. The are Refuse to provide a refund for a confirmed returned Jacket. Spend you money elsewhere. I am out over $425.00.

Once I called, they claimed the item wasn’t in stock anymore but even posted it back on their site and Amazon which was at a higher price. Claimed it’s an error but seems very fishy almost like they changed their mind on the price and just said it was out of stock so they can sell it higher. Trust the reviews and just buy elsewhere.

Had good pictures and the style of Stetson I was thinking about easy ordering and arrived when predicted plus free shipping…happy camper here

I have been waiting for over a month to receive my refund of 212.00 and every time I call I get voicemail. They list 4 lines you can connect to and each one of them is just another voicemail. This is not how you do business. I advice you do not do business with this organization.

Highly recommended Outland USA. Called CS 4 times, not only they picked up my calls immediately but also answered all of my questions. They are very nice, professional and helpful. I read their negative reviews, most did not make much senses to me. So I decided to give a try & ordered a Canada Goose jacket. I ordered it at lunch time, received the email with FedEx tracking number 5pm same day. I am very pleased with their efficacy. I got the jacket in 4 days, 2 days were weekend. The jacket is authentic with the original tag. Outland USA sells authentic, high end products with 15% off for the first time customers. Any wiser people should give it a try. Outland USA will work with you until you are happy, you can exchange or return the item easily if it does not work out. This is my 1st time buying products from this website, I will check with Outland USA 1st before I buy from others from now on. I just received two of the cutest pairs of shoes! One pair is Dansko sandals (tried & true awesome brand I love) the others are OTBT sandals (my first purchase but they look like they will be comfortable & will last). They both fit great! But the best thing is that I ordered these Friday! This is Monday & they're already here! I'm amazed at how fast they arrived. The pricing is excellent & I love the selection. This is my first time buying from OutlandUsa, but won't be my last. I'm in an industry where everything is delayed right now & truly I'm so impressed by the speed my shoes arrived. So happy I tried them. Highly recommend (& I read reviews before I buy too).

I check all fields again and press “place your order” again

I don’t receive any confirmation messages on my e-mail!

Then i check my money in credit card and see two same paid to you store

How can this do???

Then I create account with same e-mail, from what I create orders

I delayed in ordering the gloves for at least two weeks due to the negative reviews on this and one other website. But on another marketplace site (very big site that starts with an A) where OutlandUSA has a presence, they received a 95% seller rating. So I ordered the gloves. A day later the gloves were shipped and I received a tracking number. Four days later I received them. Absolutely no drama and everything was as expected. So for that reason I will order from them again. For me, I consider great customer service to be when I don't have to contact customer service at all.

BEWARE; OUTLAND USA is one of the WORST online companies, they practice nasty, unorthodox and manipulative tactics in sales. First, we ordered a bike helmet that was advertised on their website. The price they had online was advertised and used as bait, it was lower than most online retailers. They do that to lure you into buying their products, once the order was placed; we received an email after couple of days informing us that the product we ordered in not available and they will be happy to make a substitution for another helmet for free. That's where it gets tricky. We searched their online store for another bike helmet and we only found two helmets of the same size we need available on their online store. However, the price for these two helmets were way OVERPRICED and UNREALISTIC compared with other online retailers. As a matter of fact, I directed the representative assisting us to another online store that has the same helmet he was trying to sell us and was selling for HALF of their PRICE. He even joked about it, and I said "I should buy one for myself at this price". He tried very hard to trick us into buying one of their helmets at the inflated advertised price for the substitution and pay for the difference in price. We refused and asked him to honor the email and the pledge the company made to us when they did apologize for not fulfilling the order and offered a free substitution, but he totally refused. His goal was to score a sale and make us pay the extra monies for the helmet. In my opinion, I find this company to be a SCAM and their representatives are very well trained to practice the lowest class of deceit and devious ways to connive and trick customers into buying a product from them at a very unreasonable price. BEWARE and AVOID dealing with such a company that lacks moral standards, professionalism and has the poorest customer service.
